How does it work?
Choose a plan and pay through Stripe. You get a shared folder within one business day. Upload your footage within five business days, then review the first edits and send one round of feedback.
When are we billed?
At signup, then on the same date each month.
When do we get our videos?
First edits arrive within 10 business days of receiving your footage. All videos are delivered within the monthly cycle.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Email team@rootclips.com before your next billing date. Service continues through the paid month.
What footage works best?
Podcasts, webinars, interviews, talks, panels and event recordings with clear speech.
Is our footage kept private?
Yes. Your footage is used only for your videos and is never shared or posted without your permission.
Do we need to film something new every month?
No. Recent or archived footage works.
Do you post the videos for us?
No. You keep control of your accounts and post the finished files.
What if we need more videos?
Add-on videos are $200 each. If you need more on a regular basis, the next plan up is better value.
What if we have less footage than a plan covers?
We will recommend a plan that fits your footage. Unused videos do not roll over.
Does Growth include running ads?
Growth includes four creative variations for testing. Ad spend, media buying and campaign management are not included.
